DescriptionThis robe is comprised of red velvet, metal buttons, and pink embroidery thread. The piece over all is red velvet. Along the collar, down the bodice, sleeve ends, and hemline there is a pattern of pink embroidered flowers, buds and vines. Along the front there are 10 metal buttons that act as the closure for the robe. Tags on the inside collar read; Henderson Ames Co. Kalamazoo Michigan, Military & Society Goods. Below that a second tag reads “Vice Councilor”.
