DescriptionFlagman whirligig in red and blue outfit. Tan skinned flagman has black mustach and hair, wears a red and blue hat and shirt, a black and white belt, and blue pants with black details, black boots. He holds red flags with diagonal blue stripes in each hand and stands on the columnar portion of a red base with FRS painted on one side of the flat bottom section beneath. Between September 11, 2001 and 2009
