DescriptionFlagman whirligig wearing yellow shirt with green details, green and yellow belt, blue and yellow pants, hat and boots. Flagman holds yellow flags with green diagonal stripes in his hands and stands on a yellow base with a green border and FRS painted on one side of the flat portion. He has pink skin, a black mustache and hair.
