DescriptionThis red wool vest is trimmed along front opening, neck, and arm openings with a black ribbon with purple floral designs. Next to the ribbon is gold metallic lace trim. The beaded belt (attached to the back) has a geometric pattern and is edged on both sides with the same metallic lace. The bead colors are white, dark green, black, yellow, bright blue, pale pink, and wine color. Two metal hooks and eyes act as a front closure. The lining is plain linen with the word, Musgrave, stamped inside the neck.ca. 1875
