DescriptionPolychromed wood bulto of San Miguel Archangel standing on a platform with a serpent at his feet. His right hand is clenched to hold a sword (separate piece); his left hand holds a top piece of scale. Wearing a blue scalloped tunic with red trim over blue skirt with red stripes. Yellow wings with black "feather" marks.
Base stepped to two levels in back. Piece of wood glued onto bottom to level base. Old sticker on back of Saint's tunic. Sotheby's # 014
