Descriptionceramic mask, Lucano family, TlaquepaqueA small, flat, ceramic mask. There are ovaloid holes for the eyes and mouth. The eyebrows and nose are raised and form a T shape. The painted design on the face of the mask is of a man following two donkeys carrying items on their backs. Cactus, agave, and other floral motifs surround the central design. Above the eyebrows are two creatures, one snake-like and the other like that of a coyote.
