DescriptionThis soft tan leather, moccasin-shaped pin cushion has red thread stitching and red/, yellow, and black beads in the shape of a cross. The shoe's opening is a red velveteen pin cushion (with two contemporary pins) and at the toe is a white retractable tape measure. The postal card- with From, To, and Place, as well place for a stamp (4 cents Japan), reads on opposite side: "Keep pins and needles in my heel/They're sure to help you sew/ and when you want to measure/pull the tape out from my toe."21st century
