DescriptionBridal apron made of two pieces of warp-woven red (2 shades) and black wool in a geometric pattern sewn together with a front seam. The apron is edged on the side with a red and orange braid that extends into ties with tassled ends. Four bands of gold tape are set off by rows of black/white or black/white/red beads. At the hem area are rows of metal rectangles, red/white/black beads and metallic rickrack. From this area extend three rows of fringe of varying length in red, black, oranges, and browns. Embroidered areas underlaid with brown wool, or burlap, and striped woven wool. Two metal rings are on the underside above the last row of fringe.
