DescriptionChip carved dark wood box (a) with handles, raised, layered stepped lid topped with pair of Tablets of Moses (arched planks) overlaid with Star of David, all bearing Hebrew lettering. The tablets are incised, the lettering on Star carved and applied. On front is a menorah with red beaded pins for candle flames, flanked by pair of stars. The lid is hinged with one removeable tray inside (b) and has three compartments overall, each lined with red velvet. Four feet on bottom. Bottom of box has original stamp/burned cigar box information.
