DescriptionFinely crafted large chip carved cross of dark stained hardwood on five tiered semicircular base. Center of cross and top of each "stair" on base carved with an X or star within a square motif. Edges of cross and each side of base of stacked, chip carved layers with zigzag motifs. Top and two sides of cross pointed and with inset pyramidal diamond shaped bas relief "stars".
