DescriptionThe collar is decorated with 6 appliqued silver stars of metallic thread. The stars are stitched onto a pale gold silk background. Along the border of the pale gold silk is a red silk edging, and along that is a silver metallic thread fringe. Tags identify the maker as Ward and Stilson, Military society goods, New London Ohio.
