DescriptionThis black wool skirt has cardridge pleating with two large pleats in front. The woven red, white, and green waistband is in geometric patterns. There are metal hooks and sewn eyes. The cotton waistband lining has metal eyes and four looped cotton tapes. A cotton tape finishes the hem.
