DescriptionThis outer vest is made of black wool and has a stand-up collar. It is decorated with couched braid---silver, deep red, dark blue, and twists of green/yellow and blue/yellow at the hem, the arms, and part way down the side seams. The long lapels are edged in red, and the bottom corners have a triangular pattern centered with blue, as well as embroidered sunbursts.
