DescriptionThis sleeveless vest jacket is lined in white cotton with a pale blue dash design and is quilted with irregular-length running stitches in black. The vest is made of dark blue fabric with red and camel stripes. It has a black cord at the hem set off by hand-sewn orange stripes and blue rick rack. A pocket lies below waist level at PR side. It, too, has a black cord outline. The chest area is of burgundy velvet (attached with herringbone stitch) with couched embroidery in metalic and silk thread that form floral and geometric designs. The neck and chest openings are lined in pink fabric with a white floral design.1910-1940
