DescriptionRed satin lined octagonal basket containing a photo of E. A. Gold, as well as several parts that were originally attached and are now loose: a paper rose card, seven large acorns, one small pine cone and 20 acorns sans caps, strung on wire. Basket decorated with pine cone scales, grasses, cereal grain, small pine cones and sliced ones. Attached lid of grass heads, grains and cone ends with knob of pine cone and acorn attached to lid from which are four wire handles decorated with small beads and immature cones. Lid lined in satin, a second floral decal in center. On back of photo is written: "Aunt Eliza Ann. She ws the mother of Fred Octavia__Octavia Gold who made the really old rugs and the cane work in her house in W _____d She lived on a farm and used mosses ____ _____ etc. for coloring when needed."Artist Not Recorded
