DescriptionRed velveteen covered hat liberally sewn with plastic beads and sequins in radiating and floral forms. A large mirrored lace and ribbon medallion at front, and sculpted masks wearing similar hats set into medallions at the sided of the brim. A bead fringe falls from the sides and back of the hat.
