DescriptionThis round hat of burgundy velvet with multi-colored sequins has five large "flowers" of radiating elongated beads on the top around brim. Purple, blue, light blue, green, yellow, orange and red ribbons are pleated from the top to bottom of the crown at the back, where they trail over the brim. A fringe of strands of 4 large gold teardrop-shaped beads surrounds the edge of the brim.
