DescriptionA: A long robe made of dark indigo-dyed cotton has been embroidered over the back and on the edges of the sleeves with a curvilinear embroidery in the Ainu style of moreu embroidery. Bos-like design motifs with cross-shaped designs inside them are arranged symmetrically along the center back of the robe. The lining has been patched. Color B: Dark blue (indigo) ground, with tan embroidery. Technique C: Plain weave with moreu* embroidery.
