The red handwoven wool bodice has 2 large stripes in white, black, red, gold, blue, and greens. They fall from the front shoulders, while on the back, they create 2 large V shapes and an incomplete V. The peplum is red cotton. The lining is muslin. The closures consist of 5 pairs of metal heart shaped pieces through which a black & white woven cotton tape is laced. A large metal hook & eye is found at the front breast, 2 metal hooks are at side seams.
