DescriptionRound, flat, hat with top surface of red wool felt embroidered with a multicolored quadrant design of floral forms (green, white, blue, pink and others). The bottom has a red wool plainweave center surrounded by a magenta felted wool circle, which is surrounded by a wide plainweave royal blue border. Plaid checked woven wool ties hang from beneath. All over a straw form.
