DescriptionDoor lock with stylized figurative vertical section has large, triangular pointed headdress, simple head on thick neck and thick armless and legless body with a point at the bottom. Nailheads protrude from "chest" and "lower abdomen." A horizontal cutout in the back of the figure holds the lock slider, which is pointed on the proper right side, the top center cut down lower, with two piercings through the proper left end which intersect a cutout in the back. The proper left end is rounded and higher, the top flattened and pierced through - the back carved out and this carving connecting to the cutout in the lower center back. Iron nails protrude from a narrow cutout in the figure's back, go through the slider and catch in the holes. Mounted on a black iron stand.Artist not recorded
