DescriptionThis long, light brown wooden spindle has a circular base. The top of the distaff is circular with a slot located at the top center. At each side of the slot, and facing one another are carved two llamas. The circular area is decorated with a repeating diamond design. A row of diamonds are incised vertically on either side of handle.On View
