In Java, Brama is a strong, determined, handsome - and hot-tempred - god. His state if meditation is a so intense that he is said to actually disseminate heat and he is somtimes reffered to as the god of fire. Mt Bromo is a volcano in Java named for this god. In India, Brama is the god of creation. Brama is known for his role in Mahabharata episodes such as " Wisanggeni Lahir" (The Birth of Wissanggeni), "Ciptoning" (Arjuna's Deep Meditation), and "Kangsa Adu Jago" (Kangsa Puts Forth an Opponent)."
