DescriptionTorso carved from simple block, quite tall in proportion to head, but santero added another block of robe. The backward slant of the figure was thus exaggerated until it will now not stand up without a prop behind it. Arms attached by nails so that they swing when touched. Conventional surplice and biretta of S.J.N. Retrousse nose, staring black eyes.
