DescriptionThis teardrop shaped, copper colored hookah features two areas with scenes: the uppermost shows two men smoking a hookah; a man playing a lute; a woman dancing, and man playing a drum; a man listening to advice/tale from an elder; a man carrying an axe. Dividing the scenes are animals and botanical elements. The second area shows men on horseback accompanied by dogs hunting deer with sword and a lion with bow and arrow. All the figures are in high relief with etched details. A center silver band shows texts and stylized floweres.
