DescriptionSemi-circular cape. Dark navy-blue wool broadcloth or flannel. Geometrical design at both corners. Appliqued red scalloped design round inner edge. White rick-rack embroidery with green inner band. Bound by red flannel piping. Neck bound with green linen tape.
