The two "wings" are embossed with the dot and rosette designs. The lunette continues with the same designs with the rosettes embossed and the rows of dots both stamped and embossed. The reverse glass painted side panels are mostly blue with red, white, & gold scallops. The print in color shows a man in white with a halo suspended between two palm trees by his wrists and chained to a circular block by his feet. A man on each side, one in red and one in green hold on to the toped tied to his wrists. The letters "cigar" run vertically down the front of the figure in white and the letters had silver foil at one time. Two curved lines and a decorative element in the lower right also have mostly missing silver foil on them.
