DescriptionBucket with rawhide cover. Bucket is commercial wooden model with iron bands, rawhide cover is laced up one side with thongs of same, laced around top edge, hide extends in flap at one side, with 3 holes in it. This, although relatively modern is made like the old rawhide water carriers of earlier times. the flap made it possible to hang a pair of buckets on horse or burro, to carry water for long distances.
