DescriptionRound, flat faced mask painted in red, black and white, with horns, rectangular toothed mouth, and protruding eyeballs within upside down, teardrop shaped eyes which are pierced below the eyeballs. The teeth, eyes, tips and bottoms of horns and brow furrow are all painted a now creamy white. Incised details in black. Overall heavy grime patina. In the back is an unpainted flange which is pierced in four places at the top and two places at the bottom.Late 19th - Mid 20th century
