DescriptionImage: Central depiction of vase of flowers sitting on a plinth. The vase is a stamp with an image of Chief Joseph and the inscription "Chief Joseph National Portrait Gallery/United States Postage 6¢", The central line of three flowers is made from stamps with an image of Abraham Lincoln. Seven stamp stems terminating in red flowers radiate from the center alternating with 6 leaf stamp leaves. In a dark wood frame.
