DescriptionThis sake cup is comprised of ceramic and white, black and red glaze. The base of the cup has a face with large black eyebrows, white eyes that look up and to the proper left, a red frowned face and blushed cheeks. On the inside of the cup there is a face etched into the ceramic. The face has very full cheeks, a small mouth and nose, with wide set eyes and short hair.c. 1960
