DescriptionThis standing figure of Christ crucified has three braces, once painted white with black "nails". He is shown wearing a yellow cloth shirt. A hole pass through the center of each hand. Another hole in the torso represents the area where the centurion's spear entered. Red paint (blood) is on the torso, legs, arms, and face. On the back are two holes through which passes a small leather cord that controls the arms. Around the waist is a much newer leather strap. Cloth in the form of sewn tubes joins the upper and lower arms. There is a chiseled out triangle in the base.
