DescriptionThis flag is held in a wood and glass frame. The frame has a cream and light blue finish. The flag has a black border, with a pink scalloped design. The center background is iridescent pearl sequins with clear glass beads. At the center of the piece is depiction of "Saint Jacques Majeur" on a white horse. His face, hands, and feet are made of paper that is covered in a plastic film. He is dressed in a blue outfit made of dark blue sequins and light blue beads. He is carrying a pink flag with whit cross in the middle of the flag. The words written in red sequins surrounding the Saint from right to left are "JACQUES SAINT MAJEUR".
