DescriptionThis brooch is comprised of silver, and has an overall bird shape. The beak is slightly curved and open. The head had a comb of feathers on his head, and almost skeletonized facial features. The body of the bird has a similar skeletonized look with a spine and rib like affect created by deep etching of the silver. The feet of the bird are clenched and curled up, and the tail has a full plume of feathers.1934-1960
