DescriptionBlue skirt with pink decoration around the hem. The skirt is pleated around the waistband and would fall below the knee. Right above the pink fabric, the blue fabic is sewn together to create a ribbed effect. The pink design is created with added fabric with cut outs to make zig-zags and flower shapes. There is a light blue tie that runs through the waistband to secure the skirt.
