DescriptionBright pink blouse with green collar. Yellow, orange, black and white ribbon along the inside and outside edges of the collar. On the back side, the bottom of the blouse has a two paneled peplum (piece of fabric from below the waist), one panel green the other yellow, with decorative ribbon sewn on in multiple colors. More decorative ribbon around the cuffs.
