DescriptionThin, bell shaped skirt with open floral patterned cut work. Skirt is over-dyed in yellow and blue. It has a blue crepe waist band and closes with 2 hooks and eyes and four metal snaps.The cut work is accented with sewn detail. Matching skirt with bodice (T.2015.108.3)
