DescriptionWoolen shawl, utilizing traditional designs (a copy of a piece found on an Incan mummy). Shawl woven on backstrap loom of sheep and alpaca wool, the red dyed using cochineal. Thick bands of red on two outside edges, with a panel of white in the center. Bands of gold and red zig zags and diamonds bordered by green stripes on either side of the center white panel.
