DescriptionTablet with monstrance in center. Cross in circle at top of monstrance, which is surrounded by rays. Plant at right of base of monstrance. Three parallel lines to left of base of monstrance angle up towards center of left edge of tablet. Between the lines are two rows of three small flowers.
