DescriptionTablet with plant form in center. Single stalk extends from bottom to top of tablet with six leaves attached. Thin crescent at base of stalk represents first pair of leaves. Pair of opposite straight narrow leaves part way up stalk. Two more leaves spaced alternately near top of stalk.
