DescriptionHandled pitcher, unglazed below lower shoulder. Top half is glazed with creamy off-white ground and decorated at shoulder with two rows of interlocking, swirling forms - the lower of two lines with additional loops, the upper smaller, formed of interlocking sideways S forms. The neck flares out to green-edged rim with impressed spout. The handle is attached below flare and at upper shoulder and decorated with green horizontal lines. Thin, unglazed area just below lip.
