DescriptionFigures of men, woman and guards appliqued with buttonhole stitch on dark blue. Two doors in corners which open, person appliqued inside. A detention center where fourteen detainees, thirteen men and one woman, are seen behind a fence guarded by three men (pink suits) holding billy clubs (wood pieces). In lower left and upper right are two buildings titled comiseria (headquarters of official in charge). These are the same buildings, whose doors when opened reveal either a prisoner or torturereo before and after torture (note bloodied hands at upper right). The words" Todo hombre tiene derecho de ser en todos los lugares reconocido como persona humana delante de la ley" (Everywhere every man has the right to be recognized as a human being before the law).
