DescriptionSandal shaped stirrup of hammered silver with stamped & chiselled foliate arabesque decorations around the bottom, and scallops around the top edge. The sole is a thin sheet of brass, and the branches are decorated with beading, with a large ornamental eye at the top to accomodate the strap. Occasionally also referred to as an "Estribo de Amazona".
