Description"Dance of the Moors" festival dance figure. Multi-colored foil crown with paper flowers. Pink and aqua scarves across face. Turquoise sequened, fringed cape. Black velvet short pants over white pants with embroidery and ric-rac. Spur on left foot, rope in right hand. Spur on right foot missing.
