DescriptionExtremely full black wool skirt created by tight pleats at waist. Decorated with purple/white and blue/white ric-rac. Two sewn, parallel rows in red or red and turquoise and two machine sewn floral patterns, one red and the other turquoise and pink or yellow. Waist band woven into stripes of purple, pink, yellow, orange, green and burgundy, ending in twisted or braided tie. Hem lined in red, green and orange felted wool.c. 1920
