DescriptionSmall, orangey-red dress with 1/4" white polka dots overall as V neck and back edged and tied with cord at back. Short, two layered flounced sleeves are edged with green and white ruffled grosgrain ribbon. The widely flaring ruffled skirt, similarly trimmed, has five layers. The bodice is lined in white cotton muslin, the skirt lined in the polka dotted red cotton. Two straps hang from the inside waistband to serve as a hanger.
