DescriptionHat formed of a flat, red velveteen rectangle supported by a wire armature with a cardboard interior stiffener. On the top are two pink parrots facing towards a central 8 petaled blue flower. There is a green flower at each of the back corners. Blue, copper and gold sequins with other glass or plastic "jewels" and gold trims ornament the short fabric hangs from the sides. Multicolored ribbons, hang from the sides, and gold beads dangle from the front and back borders. Multicolored woven fabric ties hang from bottom side edges.
