DescriptionMask: Carved face, painted in red, black and white, with attached horns. Mustache carved and painted, and hemp rope mustache attached over. Metal earring. Hat:Straw hat covered in paper strips, faded pink (now off white) and blue paper flowers, red and green tinsel and two hawk feathers. Hobby Horse: Carved and painted horse head and rear, with curved iron center attached to each end. White horse with black yarn mane and horse hair tail. Red, white and green ribbons from forehead, cross attached to bridle. Sword: Carved wood, painted silver. Drum: Hollowed wood body with rawhide head and back, attached to bent wood and tightened wtih nylon cord. Back has had half of hide cut off, revealing cloth underneath.c. 1960
