DescriptionThis silver cross has "INRI" in yellow at the top. A white rooster with red, yellow and blue highlights is above, The cross bars have green birds with yellow highlights at both ends. The cross bars meet in the center with a large red and white flower. The shield below has heraldric designs including a tree, llama and fish(?). Yellow bars extending from the birds to the base have red and white flags. "1996" is in green at the bottom
