DescriptionLarge wall-mounted platter is made of rich red clay with dark gold and emerald glazes in a radiating form, with gold in the center. The wide rim is divided into 16 segments alternating between raised seahorse forms in the gold segments and raised rosettes in the emerald. The entire edge is completed with applied small, tight loops.Late 18th century
